PACKAGES:

- The ‘BLOW DOWN’ – Keep the ‘we’re home’ look! Just like weekly ‘outdoor dusting / vacuuming”, scheduled regular blow down of roofing, deck, walk, drive & parking areas. Includes photos of work done for absentee owners.
- VACATION/ VACANT WELFARE CHECKS – House and grounds walk about visual inspection. Can include inside &/or outside. Homes up to 2500s/f & 1/2 acre lot. Includes video/ photos & asap attention to anything deemed crucial.
- DOWNED TREE/ BRANCHES – we cut up and remove to your on-site spot _ request size/ specify location.

- AFTER – 6184 Flushing – New walk, paint, mulch, brushes removed/ trimmed, etc
- BUSH TRIMMING/ REMOVALS _ $75/hr, 1 hr min. ($40 up for route/ realty clients).
- EDGING _ $10 up ( prepaid scheduled recurring service, for route/ realty customers only)
- GUTTER CLEANING _ 3 stages: Regular blow out w/ roof, or dry but stubborn ‘hand swipe’ cleaning, or ‘digging required’ of slop/ seedlings/ mush. Includes photos of work done.
- ROOF MOLD REMEDIATION &/ OR REMOVAL _ localized bleach treatment: 1x, or repeated/ return for heavy growth; prevention coatings. Includes photos of work done.
- ROOF FIXES: Vent stack boots, Chimney: silicone crack sealant, top coating, cap rust preventive painting, annual brick water sealant; Gutter quick fixes; Secure loose shingles. Includes photos of work done.
- POWER WASHING: Moldy bricks, drive, walk, etc. _ $75/hr, 1 hr min. ($40 up for route/ realty clients).
- DECORATIVE LIGHTING _ install your set _ route/ realty customers (only)
- INSIDE OFFERINGS: House keeping, painting, drain cleaning, water treatment – (these are new concierge providers this year!)

- Moss prevention product application of choice: $150–$250 per application
- Silicone sealant – localized spots: $1–$5 per line foot
- Gutter quick fix repair: $10 per foot & up
