- ‘Hybrid’ mix of ‘I can come help w/ this & give you screened referrals for that’. (typically trades persons that work with others who can help you evaluate the good from the not so great helpers).
- ‘No-Cost’:
- You, our client, automatically get this service package perk with your agreement with us as your provider of buy/ sell/ or relocation brokerage.
- We set aside a percentage of our commission earnings to pay, out of our pocket, for your own team of assistants.
- On your client portal, YourSpace24/7, you have a dashboard to keep track of credits available and credits used, much like say a Speedy Rewards or Frequent Flyer Perks, etc.
~ I so oft see real estate agents promoting “the ___ ___ ‘team’ or ‘our team’ “.
I realized, the ‘listing specialist’, ‘marketing specialist’, ‘closing specialist’, etc, are all handlers for the office/ agent/ broker aspect. >> Light bulb: what about the client? How about a ‘specialist’ for them and them alone? YES! That’s us.
__ Every year we do a ‘value add’ and this year, seeing the many challenges for buyers/ sellers, we are building out the ‘Transaction/ transitions concierge’ affiliates. __ That’s right, novel eh? Folks w/ a professional background, empathy, and ability to advocate and assist through a traumatic time of life – moving.
__ I’m excited to offer these ‘no extra cost to you, our client’ persons. They don’t talk ‘house/ real estate/ marketing/ title/ mortgage’ ….NO…they are the grunt, the friend, the advocate to and for the client. Someone to call on when they are overloaded. And the concierge(s) also bring ‘tickler checklists’, not some overwhelming printout, but via touching base regularly, fed to the client as the transaction unfolds.
